The Extra Awards celebrate outstanding advertising in newspapers across all media: print, online, tablet, and mobile phone. Undertaken annually by Newspapers Canada, the awards program honours the best of the best from across the country and is open to all - creative agencies, media agencies, advertisers and newspapers (dailies and communities).

 The submission deadline for the 2012 competition is June 30, 2012.
