In 2012, Newspapers Canada, the voice of Canada’s 830 daily and community newspapers, partnered for the first time with the Canadian Association of Journalists (CAJ), as well as the Ontario Community Newspapers Association (OCNA) and the prestigious National Newspaper Awards to make a powerful statement about the strength and vitality of Canada’s newspaper industry.
