Newspapers Canada welcomes two new community newspaper members; the Oshawa Express, owned by Dowellmen Publishing, and Grimsby News Now, a recent start up with Mike Williscraft at the helm.
The Department of Canadian Heritage is currently accepting applications to the Canada Periodical Fund beginning with the Aid to Publishers (ATP) component.
