Newspapers Canada welcomes two new community newspaper members; the Oshawa Express, owned by Dowellmen Publishing, and Grimsby News Now, a recent start up with Mike Williscraft at the helm.

The Oshawa Express is Durham Region's newest community newspaper with a circulation of 35,000 households per week reaching households through carrier delivery and various store and community locations. The publisher is Greg McDowell, and Lindsey Cole is the paper's editor.
