To help raise awareness about World Press Freedom Day, the World Association of Newspapers and News Publishers (WAN-IFRA) is offering newspapers a selection of editorial and advertising materials for publication on or around May 3.

The package includes essays, info graphics, political cartoons and young reader materials on the theme, "Silence kills democracy, but a free press talks." Materials are available in a variety of languages and are free to download at www.worldpressfreedomday.org.
