Participants in the Canadian Media Circulation Audit program are reminded that they must complete three-month interim statements if their publications experience any of the following:

• Change in geographic footprint or distribution methods
• Increase or decrease in circulation figures (10 percent difference for publications with circulation under 10,000 or 5 percent for publications with circulation 10,000 or over)
• Change from paid to controlled circulation or vice versa.
