After shutting down operations in July of this year, Ontario community newspaper Manitouwadge Echo is reopening with a new owner and editor Tyler Baran. The 48-year-old weekly paper’s membership in the Ontario Community Newspapers Association (OCNA) has been reinstated pending review of its first issue by OCNA staff.
