Leader-Post (SK) publisher Marty Klyne will expand his responsibilities as publisher at the Saskatoon StarPhoenix. Klyne will be responsible for leading both of the daily papers in a Digital First transformation, according to Gordon Fisher, president of the National Post and executive vice-president, Eastern Canada for Postmedia Network.
