Alain Tascan has been appointed to the board of directors of Transcontinental Inc. Tascan is currently the president and CEO of Sava Transmedia, a publisher and developer of social gaming online and on mobile platforms.

From 2003-2011, Tascan founded and managed Electronic Arts (EA) Montréal, a subsidiary of the global video game developer. Prior to that, Tascan held senior-level positions at a number of other interactive entertainment and media companies including Ubisoft, Radio France International and Telerama
