Veteran sports reporter Bob Elliott receives baseball writing award

Long-time Toronto Sun sports columnist Bob Elliott has been named the first Canadian recipient of the J.G. Taylor Spink Award from the Baseball Writers’ Association of America (BBWAA). The award is presented annually to a reporter who has made significant contributions to the coverage of the sport.
