The Press and The Courts is a quarterly roundup of court cases affecting the media in Canada. The online archives date back to 1987 and are a unique resource for those interested in media law.

FREE to newspaper members: Editions of The Press and The Courts bulletins (6 annually) are available for free in PDF format and online to CNA and CCNA members and journalism schools.
